Right to Withdraw

Right to Withdraw

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right to Withdraw

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can contact us at:

Gabriel on Fire
Email: Lisa@gabrielonfire.co.uk

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right to Withdraw

Please note that the right to withdraw does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or bespoke orders — items made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Pre-order items — where production has commenced based on your order.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

All custom and bespoke orders are clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
