Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on Fridays will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following Monday.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays.

Shipping Options (UK)

Delivery times will vary depending on the service selected and your location within the UK.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.

EU & International Shipping

We ship to EU countries on a case-by-case basis. EU orders are not available through our standard checkout — please contact us directly to arrange your order.

Once we've confirmed availability and shipping costs for your location, we'll send you a personalised invoice to complete your purchase securely.
